Amy supports NSE’s on-campus graduate programs and graduate students, bringing to her work a passion for student development and community support. Her diverse work history in higher education has included library administration, academic/student support services for both undergraduate and graduate student populations, policy development, crisis management, student conduct, sexual offense prevention, and Title IX compliance. Amy strives to create evolving, accessible, campus communities in which students have optimal chances to flourish, become resilient social change agents, and feel supported through personal and structural challenges. Amy’s research interests include college student spiritual development, graduate student success, and asset-based pedagogy in student affairs.
